"Do NOT bring your low profile tires here. Since it's a tire shop, I assumed they wouldn't have any trouble with low pro (my size is 255/35r19 which is the factory size for my car). When I picked up, I was told that the tech really struggled getting them on... It's not my fault they are inexperienced. Most tire shops will charge installation costs per tire, but these guys charged me $169 which is insane. All I did was replace my winters with a set of new summer tires that I purchased online. I asked why the cost was so high, and Tony said that he "needs some skin in the game" and "doesn't like to install tires that were purchased outside of the shop". My bad, I guess. Personally I'm not a fan of Goodyear tires as they aren't the best handling tire for my car. Long story short, they took me for an arm and a leg. I'll also mention that the lady who checked out ahead of me received a full rear brake service, but was only charged roughly $150... There seems to be some extreme cost discrepancies at this place. I try to support locally owned shops instead of franchised big name shops. I normally use a different foreign shop that is further away, and due to lack of time I decided to give Aspen Auto an opportunity for some future business. It wasn't what I expected and we will not be taking any of our 3 vehicles back there."
