"When I arrived for an oil change, the staff member mentioned a tire rotation, which I agreed to. During the service, they also informed me about the condition of my fluids and filters, which I found helpful. While they recommended topping off the coolant and changing the brake fluid and filter, I opted to postpone the filter replacement at this time. When the car was ready, they assured me that the fluids were in good condition. I inquired about the tire rotation, which unfortunately had been overlooked. I was a bit disappointed since I had already paid. Joseph, a staff member who overheard my concern, kindly addressed the issue and provided compensation, which I very much appreciated. I was truly impressed by the level of kindness and assistance provided by the staff overall!"
