"I cannot say enough about the professionalism and excellent work on our Airstream Interstate received at Cummins Grand Junction. After being run off the road at a section of the highway that was under construction late last night, I was sure that we had scraped (or worse) the generator. After that the gen wouldn’t even “turn over”. We located this Cummins dealership and drove to it so we could be here at opening. Micah and the rest of the staff and shop worked us in and had us out shortly after lunch with the gen humming. Very competent and courteous folks. It’s nice to find a shop that’s on the ball and treats customers the way that I and my staff treat ours."

"On Monday, October 10, 2022, we had a problem with our motor home. We had traveled fro Vermont, so our son and grandson could go on a hunting trip in Idaho. My sister lives in Grand Junction. When the motor home started giving us trouble, I wanted to find a repair facility near Grand Jct. This way we would have a place to stay, if repairs warranted extended shop time. The local Freightliner dealer referred us to Cummins Sales & Service, Grand Junction, CO Branch. I called Cummins, where I talked to Justin. Explaining my situation, Justin took my information, said he would discuss with the team and get back to me. Justin called me back promptly telling me they could fit us in. We arrived the team started diagnosing the problem. Lisa updated us as to the progress of repairs in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. The Team managed to complete the repairs by closing time. We were back on the road, completing our return trip to Vermont with no further problems. "Was on a trip with my RV from Southern CA to Breckinridge CO and unfortunately my RV hydraulic pump which runs the cooling fans went out. This was not planned and even though they had a long backlog they got my RV in to find the issue. This issue could not be readily fixed and unfortunately I had to just leave the RV and head back home. Steve worked with me to get parts and fix the hydraulic system, as well as finding a couple other issues that may leave me stranded at a latter date. After being repaired I booked a flight back to pick up the RV where again Steve went above and beyond and met me at the airport for a ride back to the shop. At the shop they went over everything with me that had been done and then I made the 1K trip back home no issues. I cannot say enough good thing about this shop and Steve who runs it. If I needed service I would not hesitate to call. I will add that the day I did break down Steve returned the phone call which was after hours and on a holiday weekend and had flawless communication the whole time of the repair."

"I requested to talk to the service technician at the start of my visit to let him know what I had already done diagnostically to my RV generator. I was told it’s not possible to talk to him. He proceeded to take almost 4 hours to tell me the generator was working just fine and the problem was with my propane fuel source.I was then presented with a bill for over $500 and was told there was nothing they could do to help with my problem. I feel this whole process should’ve taken no more than one hour of billing time."

"Thanks to Lindie and Jeremie I would rate them a 6 if possible! My wife, my daughter and our 2 year old great dane came from Camp Hill, PA and were on our way to Las Vegas and Los Angeles (and further) for a 6 week road trip with our 2001 Winnebago. Our ONAN 5500 Generator either did not start at all or quit working after a few minutes. We already viited another Cummins Dealer how checed the Generater two days earlier, but at that time the generator started well and he did not chack further... Although Lindie's schedule was overfilled she managed to squeeze us in. Jeremie checked the generator and of course it started without any issues, but as I explained him the issue he investigated further and found the problem the other dealer did not see. Due to the fact that it was already after COB they offered us a free overnight and supported us with 30Amps to keep our AC working over night. However Jeremie started to dismount the Generater the same evening and started work before we got up the next day. Although they expected to finish arround 1pm, he was able to but the generator back in before 10am (including a test run). Due to those quys we nearly had no delay in our travel and coud use the main AC during our travels through the Mojave Dessert and for our furhter tripp along the US-mexian Boarder.
