"To say I'm disappointed in this dealership is saying it nicely. I'm mad! 2 months ago I bought 4 new tires from them. Mainly to get my ford pass rewards. ( I use them for oil changes) I thought this would be a great way to get both. They still have not added my points which made it so I had to pay for my last oil change. Yesterday I got a flat on my way to work. After multiple calls and text, I was told they could try to patch it for $28.00 or I would to buy I new tire because I didn't buy the extended tire service which I was never offered. Big O Tire offered to fix it for free. Even though I did not buy my tires though them! (would have replaced the tire if I had bought it from them) They also scratched my rim when they put on my new tires! They are working on rectifying this matter. I have bought my last three cars new from them. I will no longer do business with them!! Maybe to use my ford reward points if I ever get them!!! :("
