"My wife called in to set up an appointment with an OB and requested that she be seen by female doctors. The receptionist told my wife to find another office because their office has males that would be tending to her on rotation. What makes this worse was that the receptionist was upset that my wife wanted to be seen by female doctors only and showed no empathy for my wife's request. What's funny is that we are from California and recently moved to Iowa hoping for the "Iowa nice" . The truth is we have never interacted with such rude people in all our travels, and it's people such as this receptionist that dissolve the Iowa nice ideals."

"Service is good however I have received a bill around 380$ and I paid after one month in 2018. Later 1 year I got a call from collection asking to pay the same amount. I checked my credit card history and said I already paid. The lady was arguing that hospital did not receive the payment and I need to pay again. Both hospital and collection are forcing for the payment. Luckily I have auto generated email. I emailed receipt and credit card bill with transaction number. Then that lady said yes I paid that amount. If I don’t have or miss auto generated email they could have charged twice from me.I lossed trust. Need to keep all proofs.Its safe always."

"I've never recieved such poor care. My first time visiting & while checking in listened to the receptionists bad mouth the women calling in. Then the NP brought in a student & didn't ask if it was okay. Blew off all my concerns. Spent my entire procedure being rough & talking to the student instead of walking me through what was happening. The bathroom has a sign saying you have the right to feel safe in your home. Apparently that doesn't transfer to their office..."

"I had a lot of anxiety about switching ob offices once I became pregnant again and my original ob office had closed. After lots of recommendations I chose WHS. I am so happy I did! They have been so attentive and I feel like the truly care! They listen and explain everything when I do have questions and concerns! I was in a car accident last week and was monitored at the hospital but during my follow ob appt I was seriously having anxiety and so worried, they listened to my concerns and had no problem doing another ultrasound t ease my mind. I was originally at the dsm office but since the new year have been at Clive. 5/5 recommend!"

"I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. I have never been treated better in my life and all of the staff truly cared about me. I just delivered twins and my entire experience was great. I had everything explained to me before my scheduled c-section (that never happened) and even the providers would call and check on me to make sure I was doing well. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone even if you aren't expecting.."
