Smokey Row Coffee

"Smokey Row, and especially this location, is one of my Favorite local coffee shops. I am here every Tuesday from 9-12:00 doing work because it is a great environment and I love running into people I know as well as meeting new people. The staff here is also very friendly and have even taken a liking to asking about how my business is going in the Home Loan Industry. I also LOVE the Dirt Chai or VooDoo Chai as they call it here. Stop down and see what MANY people in Des Moines already know. Maybe you will run into me !!"

"First time visiting Smokey Row since all my coworkers rave over it. Coffee was delicious and came out the perfect temperature. Chocolate Muffin was not what I was expecting but it was SO GOOD. Environment is very chill and the staff was very friendly!"

"My go to study place. There is a lot of seating options, parking, and a drive thru! Lots of yummy food options so I can get more than a pastry item when I get hungry! Huge drink menu & non-coffee items which is always a bonus. Has clothing items. I couldn’t ask for more! What I got (not pictured) — chicken pot pie (half) — lemon bar — peppermint mocha blended — raspberry shake — french silk pie very very spacious, i like it here a lot."

"Love that this place is open until 9! Sometimes I have a hankering for a nice latté after all the other places close and don't feel like making one at home. The coffee is always good here. I just have to be careful with the specials because some of them are pretty sweet. The staff is always super cool with me modifying the amount of sugar in my drinks. The food here is also always good. I tend to go for the Pick Two with a sandwich and soup. This is a great neighborhood staple. My friends and I love meeting here! Ample seating, great place to do work/study, dine, whatever."
