"They always seem understaffed and not engaged or just overehelmed. Whenever I go in, it's a wait or a hassle to use Kiosk. Staff are not friendly, barely greet if at all, and are mechanical. I go there because it's close. But I am looking to find another location. If I'm spending my money there, I expect someone to ... at minimum.... make eye contact, to smile, and greet me!! God forbid."

"The worst customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. All 5 employees this morning were working the drive thru and no one was working the front register. They look right at you then they ignore you. Stood there for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. Left without placing an order. Complete idiots."

"I've been going to this Duncan for a while now and today is the best service I've ever had from Danielle. The donuts are fine they're your basic quick stop donut but they're tasty and the decorations are cute but for the most part Danielle made today's stop a 5 out of five she was awesome"

"This location scams you if using online ordering through the app. Watch out for your bank account!! In town for the holidays and this was the only "location" open as clearly indicated on the app for business on Thanksgiving. App allowed ordering for pickup. Arrived to the store to find a packed drivethrough with the drivethrough menu on. Long story short, the resturant was closed for the holiday as not a single person was insde (lights were out and door locked) and this location processed the order charging the card for food. Real holiday grinchs running this joint."

"I know a lot of people say the employees here are rude but I haven't experienced that at all- maybe it's the drive in vs going into the store? The only thing bad I've had here is that no matter what time I go, they always seem to be out of my donuts that I like. The donuts I do get are good!"
