"Kiosk ordering only. CARD ONLY no cash accepted. This used to be a decent location, friendly cashiers to greet you and happy to take your oder. Nowadays its pathetic. Wife and I placed an order and very few people in the lobby, and still took every bit of 20 minutes to get our food. We both ordered the Bel Grande combo which comes w a hard shell and drink. Received our order and both came with "soft shell" tacos. Wife asked why the soft shell, and the young kid said they RAN OUT OF HARD SHELLS?! Been nice to know that prior to ordering but NOPE! Whats happening with this world and todays society?! Needless to say WE WONT BE BACK to this location if any at all. Hate to experience this again."

"Worst Taco Bell in the area. They are always closed when they should be open, for example they close at 8pm all the time when all other Taco Bells are open till 2am. They are also always out of almost everything. You can try to order 3 different things and all you hear is, "Sorry, we can't make that right now." Just a terrible location, drive the extra mile to a different Taco Bell on Cornhusker."

"NO customer service. Place was like a morgue at lunchtime. No counter help, only kiosks. Needed help but no one would come. They just stared at us from the kitchen. No choice except to use the very difficult kiosk. Food servings were tasty but unbelievably skimpy. Obviously, the staff took no pride in quality. The sour cream on one entree was all plopped on one side of the chalupa and goopy. The biggest laugh was at the end of the kiosk order. There was a button to push that said,"I'm done" ......and I am! Pathetic."

"Terrible food for you nutritionally, but damn, does it ever taste good - especially late at night or wee hours of the morning. Service is on par with other fast food restaurants, slow, will mix up your order, and math skills aren't required, but people seem cordial and pleasant. The atmosphere is fairly pleasant as the only other people inside are other employees on break. If you don't mind someone mopping over your tennis shoes while you partake of the pleasant, paper- wrapped entrees, with nacho cheese dried onto your dining table, then this is the place for you."

"Ordered a burrito supreme. Look how small this thing is. Not even as long as two sauce packets. And not very thick either. They put no tomatoes or sour cream on it. Dry, old tortilla. This location is really trending downhill."
