"I was so hungry after a long shift at work, came to Taco Bell & completely lost my appetite after I saw 2 employees on their phone with gloves, then proceeded to make another customers order with those same gloves they were using their dirty phone with, would rate 0 stars if I could, from someone who is super understanding & used to work in fast food not changing gloves out after touching ANYTHING is absolutely disgusting & far from okay. this needs addressed immediately"

"Went here many times, but will never return. I got a Crunch wrap that was cold and undercooked so the cheese wasn’t even melted ir was still shredded I will not go back and was working so I went ahead and ate it. I was violently ill with food poisoning will never never ever return."

"2nd time if been there in the last 3 months both times they got my order wrong even though I asked twice I get home its wrong and just a shell with hardly anything in it I pay for supreme and get nothing should be ashamed if it was a regular taco purchased it was sad all shell I will go eles where before I visit that taco bell again you need dedicated workers there I'm a health care provider coming home from work and this is what I got the company needs to come in and check this establishment out these workers are taking your order but charging you more and not giving you your order you ordered are they putting in there pocket this needs to be checked out"

"The manager was very friendly, attentive & willing to step away from his work to interact with us when he heard our disappointment. Taco bell, along with many other chains, have become ridiculously impersonal & outrageously overpriced. Yes they pay higher wages but customers are expected to use the kiosk unless paying with cash. So I'm pleased he got up from his laptop to address our disappointment, offer a solution & even chat a bit. Personal connection is at risk of extinction but still lingers here & there. Found it at this Taco Bell in shadow lake"

"Friendly staff, always pleasant and professional. I've never had this location mess up my order. I tend to get the $5 box or the Crunchwrap Supreme- both great options. Plus the Baja Blast drink is delicious every time. Also love the chipotle chicken melt wraps- super yummy and great, even leftover. I miss the nacho fries but I'll get them again when they bring them back."
