"Drove 1.5 hours to go to this store. Waited outside for it to open and the lady was 10min late and didn't even apologize. Was looking around and the older lady working did not help or ask if I needed help once. I asked her to get a shirt down for me and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her. Prices are not cheaper. Order online for better service"

"First time coming in and I will never be back. A Staff member, Shirley, was not helpful and down right mean. Not only to me but other shoppers. I asked to try on clothes since they have a no return policy which I found out by Shirley yelling at at customer who brought something back! She said to wait for the fitting room because she has been really busy and needed to clean up the rooms. We waited 5 minutes no-one said anything. We then asked another worker who was nicer and opened the door for us. If your not happy with your job, don't take it out on the customers!! I was going to ask if they have discount for certain hospitals but was afraid to be yelled at so I didn't ask."
