You might find a product once, then go back to purchase it a few weeks later, only to find an empty spot on the shelf that remains empty for weeks. In the makeup area you might be waiting for months. The selection of products is also terrible! Complaints have fallen on deaf ears."

"Funko Pop selection/area is always in a complete disarray. Awesome and helpful staff. One of the best and easiest retailers for making returns from online purchases. Love the on-line/drive up pickup option. Most I've ever had to wait after arriving is probably 4 minutes, they're are super quick."
