"11/2023 I happened to be in the area again and came to get my ring cleaned. Great service and helpful staff. Happy with the new team they have there! What I do like about Helzberg diamonds is the great selection of jewelry. But what I don't appreciate is the attitude of the staff there. On two different occasions I was treated poorly. I am a very patient person but the treatment I got here was awful. I would rather go to the outlet location in Gretna than go to this closer one that treats their long time customers terribly."

"I was in looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I was greeted by Hunter and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how he was able to answer all my questions. I also got to meet the manager Joanne and she was helping me find a new wedding set for my wife or possibly upgrading the one she has. I would highly recommend Helzberg Diamonds, they aren’t pushy like the others and they know their stuff ! They will give you options and it’s very nice to know they will take their time to get you what you want."

"I’m thrilled with the experience we’ve had working with Helzberg over the past few months. We first went in to pick out wedding bands, and were helped by a wonderful employee, Hunter, who picked up on our style and must-haves right away. This helped us find the perfect bands quickly - we are so in love with our rings! We later came back after our wedding to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. The associate who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us all the information we needed about ring soldering and what to expect when we pick it up. It was estimated to take three weeks. I was shocked when a week and a half later, the ring was ready to be picked up! After looking at the ring after pick-up, I was pleasantly surprised that the engraving on the inside of my engagement ring was still in tact - something I didn’t expect to be possible, but I was so happy it was still there. Helzberg has my business for life after the great experiences we’ve had there, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great jeweler. Thank you!"
