Within one minute, superhero Gage had it fixed! I told him I was going to give him a glowing review because I could not believe he could fix my phone that fast where Verizon was clueless. Gage I am so grateful to you for your knowledge, experience, and expertise in getting this problem resolved. Up to this point I had no way to access my phone and you swooped in and saved day. I've gone out to Facebook and highly recommended your location to the people I'm friends with. It is my hope that if they end up running into a situation with their phone that they bring it directly to you. "This was my first visit to the Ankeny Batteries and Bulbs store and I could not have had a more positive experience. I needed a battery replaced in my son's Galaxy S6 and was able to quickly schedule an appointment online for the following day. Upon arriving at the store, I was immediately greeted by an employee named Scott who confirmed my appointment and the work I was needing done. He was great! As was the young man who changed out the battery in my son's phone. He fully explained the challenge of replacing the battery in an S6 and could not have been more pleasant! The work was complete in less than hour without any complications. I might add that the cost to replace the battery was very reasonable. I could not have had a more positive experience at this store and will no doubt keep them in mind for my battery, bulbs, and phone needs. "Went here to get my screen replaced on Galaxy S8. I made an appointment online, when I got there they said to give them about an hour. When I came back, they said another 10-15 minutes. An hour later, they were finally done and said the manufacturer put so much glue on that it was difficult. You think they'd be prepared for that. Did pretty good work but employees seemed uneducated and hyper."
