"My little sticker on my windshield said it was time for an oil change, so I headed to my favorite Jiffy Lube. As soon as I sat down I was asked to come outside and look at something. The technician wanted to show me the oil. It was clean and didn’t need to be changed. “Come back in a couple thousand miles.” AMAZING! Thanks Jiffy Lube! I will be back!"
"The people I dealt were nice and professional. Wanted them to change oil and top off the fluids. Next day had oil under the vehicle. Took it back and they found the drain plug was not tighten down. Also had oil around the filter that was left over when the replaced the filter. They didn’t bother to clean it up. As far as I can tell, they didn’t top off the fluids (washer fluid). They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything for their failure to do their job. Will not return to this location."
"I had purchased a brand new 2023 vehicle in about September of last year, stopped in to have my oil and tires rotated when my oil light came on. The wonderful gentleman let me know that with newer vehicles I could wait about another 3000 miles. Of course he could have easily sold me on something I didn’t need but his honesty is what made me come back after those 3000 recently for my oil change and tire rotation. Also with the speedy and polite service I received I’ll absolutely continue to be back!"
