"I took my vehicle here because it has a leak in the tire. I sat there for almost 2 hours waiting for them to tell me that the couldn't find the tire unlock key (which was right in my glove box & I found in 2 seconds) but somehow without actually looking at my tire or taking it off knew that there is a hole in my sidewall supposedly from hitting a curb. They also said they tried to call me but my number said it was disconnected even though my husband called me just fine twice. Btw there was no rubbing on my tire to suggest it had been rubbed against any curbs. They just didn't want to mess with it since I got my tires put on somewhere else and chose to lie to me. I will never return with my vehicle."
"Good service but the length of time to replace my tires was doubled. Told it would take 1 hour but it took 2 hours. Only 1 tech in shop. Poor guy. Walmart should have called someone in to help him."
