"I called Mike with Young Appliance when our fridge stopped working. It was the day a blizzard hit, several days of negative temps & 4 days before Christmas. He wasn't going to be able to come look at it for a week (same with the other repair places in town I'd called before him). He was so incredibly friendly & kind on the phone. He took the time to ask in depth on what the problem was & gave me a suggestion to try to fix it right then that I wouldn't have known to try. He also gave me the pricing for the parts he suspected it may be, checked their availability so I could make an informed decision. His pricing for service calls were also the cheapest of everywhere I'd called. The huge thing for us, his suggestion for how to fix our fridge worked!! Nobody else I called had asked anything other then my information to make the appt a week later. And it was something that it took his expertise to know to try. He could've made us wait a week &then do this when he came out for his service call so he'd get paid for it. But he was kind & you can tell his priority was customer service & had our best interest at heart. Because of this, I completely trust him for our future appliance issues & would highly recommend his services! We had a working fridge later that day, which is huge for us when we were in a bind & hosting Christmas! Thanks Mike, you were our Christmas blessing & we won't forget it."
