"Not bad place to get loaded. Once you figure it out. My apt was at 3:30pm I was loaded at 9pm. (Live load). Very heavy load. You have to check in with your phone now just send a text to that number and follow the instructions. But still have to check with Guard Shack. Clean place compared to other Iowa or Nebraska companies. Restrooms available at shipping office by door 110."

"Reason for the 4⭐s is bc it's a drop & hook for KLLM. But if you need a trailer washout, it's a blue beacon 10 mins away. But if you come here by or after midnight. You will sit until 0400. Bc they don't have anyone working the guard shack from midnight to 0400. If your trailer has a alarm, please get it fixed before getting there. They will turn you around.. My best advice is let your Reefer run until they cut it off & you drop it.."

"This is one of the worst loading experiences I have ever had. I'm not shure where those good reviews are comming from..most likely they are paid. My driver checked in at 9 am, they told him to wash the trailer, came back, checked in again at 11 am and has been sitting there ever since, waiting for a door(it's almost 7 pm and counting). Wasted there the whole day, and I don't even know how long is loading gonna take them. The shipping office is not responding, exept once when they probably took the call by exident, and said that (quote'' they aren't in control of what is going on there, and if he's picking up there he will get loaded, but at this point it doesn't even matter at what time). This answer is ridiculous!!! And I can't even get him another load at this time because it late and he's out of hours. I wouldn't recommend anybody comming here! They don't deserve even 1 star, the actual score for them is -5 stars! I hope this reviev prevents someone from comming here, because it's not worth it, and if you still decide to come, from my experience get ready to sit and wait for a loooong time."

"Polite and Nice staff. Good service. Make sure your trailer is washed and completely clean before you arrive. Before you check in they will inspect your trailer. If you are dropping off a trailer. Trailer needs a full tank of diesel. Then you can check in. Truck Wash and Pilot is just 2 miles away from the location. After check in they will give you dock number park trailer at the dock with closed doors and Bob tail to the check in place. Once done guard will notify you."
