"Always hot when we arrive to pick up, always get all items we order and the single time we didn't, they made sure to make it right. Staff is usually pretty nice. Food always tastes pretty good. If you want fast food but tired of burgers & fries, it's a great option"

"I ordered 2 sides of broccoli and 2 sides of roasted chicken and they are trying to tell me they put both orders of broccoli and both chicken in 1 container. Makes sense if they put it in a bigger size container like maybe the size the sauce comes in but I got them in the same size as 1 order of them come in. Yes they stuffed them but it only comes out to be about 1 1/2 order instead of the 2 I paid and accounted for. Also was missing an extra side of sauce which I’m surprised they didn’t try telling me they added to my regular ordered sauce container."

"We came for lunch and the server was so kind and asked us if the bread sticks she was leaving was enough. We said that we could use a few more to which she gladly brought us some more. Then she even asked later and made sure we were well taken care of. May God bless her and you all. Merry Christmas!"

"This was my first time at Fazoli's to have lunch. Once you place your order at the counter, you have a seat and they will bring it out to you. It is a cross between a sit down restaurant and fast food. My lunch was decent and well-priced. While it is not fine Italian food dining, it is great for lunch in a quick dinner."
