"No wonder they are the highest producing store in the company. Just tried to return an item with the tags and pop label, but didn’t have a receipt. They didn’t want to accept my return and couldn’t put it back on my card. I used to work for this company not long ago and would have to take returns no matter what, even if that meant having to give the customer cash back. I will definitely be getting in touch with the regional manager"

"I went into the store on Saturday late afternoon, early evening. I was excited because I seemed to have caught the store in the midst of a lull from the Saturday craziness and I needed help finding a dress for a holiday party. However, I was disappointed in what I saw. There were five employees, but only one was out on the sales floor working and maintaining the appearance of the store. The other four girls were standing behind the registers, not paying attention, and talking about Persian cats. I walked around the store for a bit and had to very loudly ask for a fitting room before any of them turned around and realized the store was starting to get full of customers again. I worked in retail for nearly six years and I was very disappointed at the lack of customer care."

"Very unpleasant experience at this store today. Went in with my teenage daughter to attempt to return some shorts that I bought her - with the tags still attached - in hopes of getting -- at the minimum -- in store credit - but instead just a rude explanation of the fact that "there policy is NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE RECEIPT!" No explanation of why that policy - just that it - and has been their policy since a certain time. Great - that was helpful. Actually - it was in the fact that it provided my daughter a good example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for the lesson and highly doubt we ever step foot in that store again."
