"My wife and I went in there after reading reviews, to exchange some clothes bought online for our kid. The staff were amazing, very friendly,very helpful. My son wears a size that apparently not many do and went searched there back room to find all the pants that had in that size. They returned the ones that didn't fit without any issues what's so ever. They took the order number right off my phone. Very happy with my experience there would definitely recommend."

"ZERO customer service. I bought two pairs of pants because I wasn’t sure which one would fit my son (he’s between sizes). The manager, JOSH, was extremely unhelpful. He told my husband the receipt was expired and couldn’t process the return. Their suggestion was “leave the pants here or take them home”. The same exact pants were in stock, still being sold in store. They refused to exchange the pants for something else of the same value. This store is the closest one to me but is still over an hour away. I’m very disappointed I drove all the way there to not be helped."

Package was never delivered, over a month has gone by and they can not figure out what happened with the package or refund me my money! Will NEVER be shopping there again!!
