"I use to love shopping here, and had owned a lot of their clothing. I’m not sure what has changed within the company, but the clothing just isn’t as appealing, and seems to cater more towards a much older 60+ woman. Associates aren’t very welcoming, and must not have a sales quota, as they aren’t very interested in selling merchandise. They never seem to be very busy either. The store is newer, and so the store is in nice condition."

"I have been pleased with the clothes I get, but I have had nothing but problems with the billing on my account. In October I mailed a check to Cominity-J-Jill 10 days before the due date. The next month I got a bill for $29.70 that they said was a late charge. I contacted my bank to get a copy of the check so I could see when they received it because I felt 10 days was more than sufficient to receive my check. I was informed that this company does not provide the cancelled checks to the bank so I had no way to check the date. Today I got another bill for a late charge for the previous late charge payment. My first payment for the late charge was mailed 7 days before the due date. They charged my again $29 for another late charge for the previous late charge. I can't believe that it takes even 7 days to receive anything mailed in the US. Again I have no way to prove the date they received it because they do not return the cancelled check to my bank. Each time, they said they received it one day past the due date which I find very hard to believe. I will never use my J-Jill card again. Phyllis Watson."
