"No proration. Stored here for over 18 months and received three price increases. Pricing started at $184 and raised to $238. If you move out on the 6th thank you for that 200 extra bucks you paid. 2 stars as it was nice and clean and had good access and was convenient when we needed it. They even transferred me to the Waukee location when I suggested it would be closer. Unit was clean, location was very secure. I had NO issues with water, mice, etc. Excellent Customer Service! Would highly recommend."
