"IGNORANT DRIVERS/FILTHY TRUCKS/UNCOVERED TRAILERS Kersten's Trucking representative was a complete jerk, he wouldn't provide his name, denied all responsibility for destroying my windshield. This company is as rude and negligent as others have stated. I was following a Kersten truck on I-80 westbound between Omaha and Gretna, 80-100 yards behind their truck which was pulling uncovered trailers. The truck hit a bump in the road and the trailer bounced sending rock/gravel flying off the truck and my windshield was broken. I immediately called the trucking company and left a nice message asking for a call back. Three days later Kersten Trucking called stating it's not their responsibility because the truck was not loaded even though the truck was filthy and it was very obvious where the rocks came from. The man refused to name himself and said because the truck was empty it is not their fault and impossible they could have caused the damage... then he hung up."

On 3/13/15 at about 7:35am on EB I-80 at 42nd Street, I thought for sure their driver was going to punt an SUV out of his way during morning rush hour. My coworker and I cringed as we expected at any moment for the lady in the SUV to start spinning out of control after being rear ended by this guy. If this company hasn't killed anyone yet, it's just a matter of time..."
