Despite the efficient operations, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. My attempt to inquire about paying with Bitcoin was met with abruptness, as the call was abruptly ended without any attempt to address my query. This lack of professionalism was concerning and marred an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. While the McDonald's in Gretna delivers on food quality and speed of service, improvements in customer service are crucial to ensuring a more pleasant overall experience for customers. Despite this setback, the establishment remains a viable option for those seeking quick and tasty meals in the area."

"Went through the drive- thru and ordered 4 10 pc chicken nuggets with honey bbq dipping sauce. We drove away and realized we got "tangy BBQ so went back to the store and went in to get the correct sauce. The counter help was rude and threw a bunch in our bag. We left again and this time it was honey mustard!! Needless to say, we didn't go back a third time and don't plan to."

Edit: Quite a few visits later and still not change in quality. Except this time the only thing decent was the soda, out of a spicy deluxe, 10pc. Nugget, large fry.
