Schwan's Home Delivery

"My last two deliverys have been pushed back. It is always the say story. The text says one time and when I call to check on the delivery it is another time frame. If they deliver while I am gone they can't get into the secure building. I am just about done with this company."

"For OTR drivers delivering here, these guys don’t have forklift or even pallet jack, they use their hands, because this facility is too small, they keep me in a door for about 5hours and still they were unloading me. Be aware of that if you have an other pick up"

"After a few years hiatus from Schwan's, I wanted to try again by ordering online......and take it from me, request an at home sales call and NO online ordering! I ordered one day, had a scheduled delivery for the next day, and it was delayed one more day. Sure I understand that, on the second attempt, no show, not a call, email or text that the second attempt would not work. I can handle one no-show, but a second without an explanation is a done deal. I could have gone to the warehouse and picked up the order which is 3 miles away, but the number given on Google Maps was a a dud. After all this, take if for what it is worth and consider other options. And.....after calling the 800 number and listening to five non-Schwans related ads for everything from DirecTV to insurance, this relationship is one that never should have taken place. Bummer, cause my peeps like the food, but your operations is bad."

"Our family is new to Schwan's food. This is only our 2nd delivery to date, so we are still slowly testing out various foods. We decided to try Schwan's to take advantage of a current promo. This review is solely based on the service of our driver (south central Omaha). Damian stops by regularly to check on us to see if we need/want to order. He's always friendly and he never pressures us to buy. When he stops by and we're not home, he leaves us a note with his contact info.
