Casey's 572 U.S. 6, Gretna, NE 68028

"I had to order 20 minutes away Casey because the Gretna store was not accepting orders. I ordered 2 pizzas AND 2 orders of breadsticks. When I picked up my order they gave me 3 boxes. One box had my double order of breadsticks. When I got home and opened boxes. one of the boxes was empty. I was missing 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered. I called and neither worker would take responsibility for this. They asked me “what do you want us to do?” My son went back to store and they said they didn’t know I ordered 2 pizzas. Why they give me 3 boxes then???? My son took the empty box and receipt to show them."

"I sent my daughter in to get a little treat while I got gas, and the ladies working, Sherry, Carla, and Ally, were so kind, helpful and generous with her. She has a couple bandaged fingers, and they took note, and then went out of their way to help her. One of them even helped carry out her treats. Solid ladies, much appreciated :)"

"Always late for carry out. Always dirty. There’s never any food ready at peak times. Always out of multiple fountain drinks. They always forget the marinara for the cheese bread. This place might as well not exist."

"You need to fire that idiot woman who had been there since you opened the store. She is BAD! Slow, obnoxious, unprofessional, treats regular customers with cutsie names and wastes time with nonsense banter. Shut up and do your job! And it is bad enough to wait in a line of 6 to 8 people because she is so slow, to make matters worse she had a fit because i order pizza, and didn't tell them i had a coupon. She is terrible."

"Just ordered a pizza that came cold and not very well made. I called immediately- 3 minutes or less after delivery. The lady that answered was rude and basically said it was not her problem in relation to overall quality. REALLY? Casey’s- you can consider me a lost customer. I will be going out of my way to avoid giving you any business."
