"Welcome my name is Anonymous! Because the real ones know me. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with racism and discrimination. They use colors to divide people on their applications. On top of being dishonest. I was on the line with the office lady who told me they had two bedrooms available and would submit the files for me. While stating I would have an efficiency available! Then I get a call back from another office lady saying that wasn’t true and no paperwork was on file. Waypoint gave me a paper copy I filled and returned in person. Today a lady called from the office only asking for my name and how to spell it. I I formed her it was on the application. She said thank you and hung up. I called and left a message complaining and that I knew my rights. For the general safety of the public maybe we shouldn’t have a human working in the office. And like schools are replacing principals with AI we should also look into appartements and possibly other places too. If you can’t treat me like a human maybe a program will treat everyone like their human. Face it AI would do anything to feel more human"

"I do not live at Geneva Tower but visit often. There have been issues in the past with pest control as well as non-residents entering the building without permission. However, they have been taking over by new management in the last few months. I have seen a lot of improvement. Several residents I know also report improvements. They report that their maintenance requests are being handled in a much more timely manner. The new management team has increased security. Many of the residents feel much safer and the common areas appear cleaner and better maintained."

"Security entrance, office on ground level floor, in house laundry, in house dining, vending machines, in house television room. Local free food brought to premisses. Close to bus. Close to post office and hospitals. Close to bank. Close to restaurants, library, churches, art museum, court house, bars. Connivence store close. Open to anyone of low income for rental. Domestic violation victims to the top of wait list. Regulated by HUD. Apartments and efficiencies have all bills paid."
