"I don’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The property management, Houser Enterprises, is a real pain to deal with. I actually cannot believe this happened while I lived there! One snowy day I was at work and I received multiple text messages and email asking me to go back and move my car from the complex parking lot immediately, because they wanted to clean the snow between cars! When I signed the lease there was an amendment in the lease indicating that the landlord was involved in a class action lawsuit by some of the previous tenants. That should have been a huge red flag, but I lived out of state at the time and didn’t get a chance to look around. Definitely look at other properties and stay away from this company. If you did end up signing with them, take a lot of pictures when you move out so you can use against them, because they will withhold a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment. And they argue with you on everything."
