"The application process was as easy and smooth as we could've hoped for. Matt Rairden responded to all of our questions via emails extremely quickly and has been most helpful. They have already shown so much flexibility with both touring the apartment and accommodating our other needs. We can't wait to move in!"

"Living there was subpar, but the problems after moving out have been ridiculous. My roommates and I spent hours cleaning the unit before we moved out of the building so it was spotless, whereas when we had moved in the place was left atrocious so their "cleaning crew" they "had to pay" is a hoax. We were all separately charged a cleaning fee with no proof of what was needed to be cleaned. After contacting the property manager about the charges, he stated "the bathroom shelves were dirty..." there are no shelves in the bathroom to begin with. It was not just this unit that was charged, it was others amongst the property as a way to make money. The property manager started ignoring emails after our initial interaction regarding the charges. Haven't heard a single thing since then (August) except from collections. If you're looking for horrible management and a place that will rob you of your money, look no further! Also to go along with a previous comment on here about the positive reviews, it is true that they bribe the residents with giftcards in order to gain more attention and get better reviews. I lived there for 3 years and participated in the review giveaways myself, which I can say I did just for the gift card."

"I always appreciate the help of our maintenance staff. They always have a good attitude and are always ready to help. They have really nice manners and always do their jobs seamlessly. I had them come to just fix my washer but they noticed my door lock was a little loose so they fixed it for me without me asking. Thanks to them I have a beautiful and working living environment! Thank you!"

"The maintenance responds really well to all the request posted. It is a good place to call "home" after moving from Ames after living there for 6 years. The security is excellent, and the leasing consultants are great too. Love the amenities and the free events as well!"

"Ever since the new management has taken over, I have seen significant improvement! Staff is very responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests have been take care of very quickly. I love the amenities, especially the pool, gym, study rooms, and shuttle. The bus is on a very reliable schedule with multiple stops that get me to my classes on the east, west, and even the UIHC right on time. The drivers are also awesome! I love the community feel, and the fact they do events and little pop ups. The location is great, as it is in walking distance to shops, a grocery store, and I’ve even been able to walk to events at Xtream arena. I feel very safe here, which was an important factor in choosing where to live! My parents think this was an awesome choice when I was looking for housing options and said I most definitely needed to sign my lease for next year! Do yourself a favor and get your unit reserved because while you’re going through this college experience, don’t short yourself on your living situation."
