"This is a beautiful hotel that was recently remodeled. Our room was very clean and modern with lots of plugs for all our electronics. The local art work in our room was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. As readers, we especially enjoyed the library. I highly recommend staying here!"

"I had spent 7 hours at the U of I Hospitals and Clinics emergency room. I needed to find a place to stay close. I called and spoke to a very helpful young lady. They were very friendly when I arrived. This is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels. They go above and beyond in cleaning. Their customer service is top notch. I will definitely return and I will recommend this hotel to anybody needing a room in Coralville."

"The rooms were very modern and had plenty of storage spaces. The hotel was also very quiet. The bathroom was well lit and had a waterfall shower that was very enjoyable. Elevators were very fast. The expo center was amazing. Meals were spectacular."

"Check-in wasn't great. There was a mix-up with the reservation, and the clerk at the front desk was adamant that I was wrong and refused to make any effort to make a correction. After a long drive from out of state, I almost said forget it and canceled it all. She was rude. Then, after I called corporate and they called her manager, things turned around. From that point, things turned around. The view is beautiful, the room is comfortable and accommodating, and it is a great location. A lot within walking distance."

"The room was never serviced over the 3 day period that we were there. No new towels were ever provided, trash was never emptied, and room was never checked for the duration of our stay. Although we appreciated the updated rooms, we would have liked clean linens. The conference center staff did work diligently to keep that area clean and well stocked."
