"For the start the management/maintenance staff is HORRIBLE. Very unorganized and rude would honestly be an understatement. The apartments itself look nice from the first glance, but have a lot of issues structurally (and I wouldn’t plan on the issues being resolved in a timely manner) as the maintenance guy works alone and can’t handle the load of work. Chad the maintenance worker along with other outside contractors have confirmed that the units are VERY under insulated, as they were apparently just “thrown up” ASAP to get occupancy, so energy bills are high. Please save yourself from the major headache that comes with these very cheaply built apartments with an even worse staff. Btw it’s the 4th management company to take over in less than 5 years if that says anything."
