"Lack of proper maintenance, retaliation from other tenants, cockroaches, maintenance drinking under age on property, broken apartment front door since moving in, apartment managers only response to being disturbed by neighbors in the middle of the night "you'll have to figure it out" even after witnessing retaliation towards other tenants, below housing code only option is to leave even if it's in the middle of the lease. Expect the smell of acetone and paint thinner in the middle of the night as well as the smell of rot, cat liter and sewage."
