"The stay all in all was good until breakfast... I went down for breakfast with a 1 yr old just to be told they don't have a high chair or a booster seat. How can a family hotel not have atleast a booster seat? It was a major inconvenience to have to feed her while holding her!!! And I have stayed here before but not sure if I will return!!! Major inconvenience"

"Worst service ever!!! I called for a pet friendly room, made a reservation, for them to tell us after we got there, they don't expect cats. They never mentioned it over the phone, when I asked about pets. The manager tried to tell us cats are not pets. And asked us to leave after they charged our card for the hotel. They are scammers, all the manager did was yell at us about the situation. DO NOT go here. They WILL try to scam YOU."

"Comfy beds, great ac, clean bathroom and affordable. Breakfast was good, honestly best bang for your buck. Even if you forget something in your room, housekeeping is great and will help you get your item back if you call ahead"

"Not a big fan of the flooring in the room. The planks creak a lot which creates noise when others are sleeping. The room was heavily perfumed when we arrived and we had to open the window to try and lesson the smell. The bed is mounted on a metal stand that sounds like a file cabinet being closed every time you get on or off, very strange. Lastly there is no sound insulation so you can hear every door close and people speaking outside in the halls. Thankfully people didn’t make noise after 10 during our stay. The hot tub was out of order one day but was open the rest of the time. The pool is quite chilly but our 4 year old enjoyed it and the adults sucked it up to join him. We really enjoy the location and the ease of getting downtown so we would consider it for a future stay."

"We stayed at Best Western for about 3 weeks. There was a couple days when the hot tub was out of service. Shaun (the assistant manager) allowed for us to use the hot tub at La Quinta. We were grateful that he allowed for us to use the hot tub! Thank you!! Definitely 5 star customer service!"
