"I would give them -0 for the maintenance, I moved in to this apartments on June 2023, my closet door was broken before I moved in, they promised to fix it and said they have order the door once arrived will install new door, never fixed and after waiting 3-4 months getting no response call them a thousand times no response, send them hundreds email still no response"

"My bathtub broke like 2 days ago and it won’t stop running water and I called maintenance so they can come and fix it not only that the fact there is mold growing where the water is leaking ( UPDATED REVIEW: THEY FIXED OUR TUB, AND HAVE HAD NO MORE ISSUES. THANKFUL TO THE NEWER EMPLOYEES OF THE TENANT OFFICE.)"

"If you like to smell sewer lingering throughout your home this is the place for you! This apartment complex has been nothing but a hassle. From the day we moved in, dirty moldy shower heads, holes/dents in doors, missing blinds and dead bugs (indicating the unit had not been throughly cleaned). This place has such high turn over with management/maintenance that we waited 3 months for a new appliance due to it going out and being non-functioning. Also - the insulation is TERRIBLE. You WILL have over a $200 mid American just because you have the air set at 70. The winter, It over heats and will go over 7 degrees of set temp. You have a issue? Great wait 60 business days you may or may not hear anything. Maintainer made it clear they are not doing anything that is not considered a hazard (uhm what??) overall terrible place I'm counting the days till I move out."

"Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in hands down. From the first day we moved in, the doors were off bedroom/ closet hinges. Sink sprayer has never worked (and i moved in April 1st.) it took over two months to receive a new microwave. I had to replace the kitchen faucet myself due to no staff in office (high turn over for both office and maintenance). Dead bugs in the kitchen ceiling light took two months to clean. Not to mention the washing machine that does not work, the backed up sinks/ showers because they do not snake drains between tenants. The strong sewer smells that come from both bathrooms. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. This complex has been a nightmare to work with. Please learn from my mistakes and do not rent with elevate living."

"For the first 4 months over the summer our ac wasn’t working. They finally came to fix it at midnight one night & the guy was drunk. He taped an ac unit to our wall. Our dishwasher has never worked like it is supposed to. One year here & we haven’t been able to use it. Our fridge needed replaced the first week in because it was SCREAMING! That took one month to get fixed. WASPS. Inside our apartment. Wasps. Cherry on top…. It’s finally our final week here. Someone thought it was a good idea to overflow the pool. I went to call with no answer. I went to go fix it myself & the pool was chained shut. This is a beautiful complex… get better management."
