"This place is an absolute joke. My roommate and I moved in a couple weeks ago and everything about it is actually disgusting to think about. Let’s start with the fact that there is water damage all over our ceilings and walls.multiple outlets in the apartment that don’t work whatsoever. Our back sliding door hardly locks and can be opened if pulled slightly harder while being “locked”. Our apartment doesn’t reach hotter than maybe 68°. Our front door has a peep hole but we can’t look out of it, it looks like a small plug or it was painted on the inside. Our water pressure is HORRIBLE and the water smells strongly of chlorine and other chemicals. We put in a maintenance request over a week ago and after hearing nothing we decided to stop into the leasing office, we told the lady that we needed someone to come look around our apartment she looked at her computer and told us they were scheduled to come the next day. We have still NOT heard a single thing from them. They never emailed or showed up."

"I DO NOT LIVE HERE I went for a tour sometime last week because I liked what i saw online. I walked in to dirty floors, things undone, cabinets falling off(I could not get a picture of this due to the agent trying to stand in front of the cabinet that was falling off) and the flooring poorly done. Honestly it’s quite embarrassing that they would show me the apartment and would think I would want to live there after what I had seen. Terrible terrible experience"

"Absolutely worst place to rent, do not go here. Dog waste falling from bins DAILY, our closet shelf fell out of the wall because it wasn’t mounted correctly. Our air vents were not screwed in and fell on top of my baby. The water was so hot it left first degree burns and they don’t inform you of anyone coming inside the apartment. I was in the shower (female) and got out and saw that there was 3 grown men in my apartment. They messed our lease up from day 1, giving us a different apartment that wasn’t on our lease."

"I don't really understand the previous reviews and the issues encountered. Probably an issue from the previous management. I've lived here for just about a year, and haven't had any major issues. When I put in a maintenance request they responded within 24-72 hours (depending on when submitted). The 2 main maintenance dudes are helpful and friendly! They respond quicker to email than voicemail. The units are pretty basic suburban mid 2000s style. Summer is great at communicating!"

"I have been a tenant here since 10-08-2020 and I must say it has been one thing after another. The wash machine smells terrible and alls they tell me is to buy some wash machines pods to clean it (that should had been done prior to me moving in) the dryer does not dry(2-80 minutes cycles to dry 6 garments). It took almost 8 months to get me a dryer that will half way dry the clothes. It wasn’t until recently they came to clean the dryer vent which was very full of lint debris The heating in this place is terrible and they refuse to acknowledge the furnace system they have is NOT suitable for Iowa harsh winters. I have my thermostats set on 88 degrees and it’s barely 60 degrees in my apartment and they deem that to be working heat. I now am using a space heater they supplied me for one day, however they want it back immediately, I had to tell the Maintance man that I’m still using the space heater because it is freezing in my apartment. I now have my oven 450 degrees to help heat my apartment. They refuse to do a mutual agreement to break the lease. Alls I know is when my lease is up I am leaving this for shaken place."
