Meadow Chase Apartments

"Big kudos to Cami and Meadows Chase Apts and Townhouses. Those back to back storms were cleaned up right away. Spots were cleaned sidewalks were shoveled. I walk my dog 3x a day, we had clean sidewalks all the way to Knolls. JACK Thanks you Cami he got his walks. The Guys shoveling also helped me shovel out my car. I try to help myself before it freezes. Thank you Cami for advising me to put plastic on my windows to keep the cold out. Parts for new windows are delayed."

"This place sucks.......Blowin in the wind. That is not only a song but also how the wind is blowing through the plastic on my windows. It is a negative 40 degrees outside and the plastic and tape is no longer working in 40 mile per hour winds. This is inside my apartment where the wind is blowing. This was not explained to me back when i sign up for this place. I will have to hire a trained professional to help me keep the 40 mile per hour winds out of my apartment or I have to buy industrial strength tape and plastic to cover the windows. I don't want to cover the windows like it is the apocalypse. I want to see out the windows but I don't want 40 MPH winds in the winter to come through my windows either. Any suggestions would be good. I did give this apartment three stars due to the separate entrance and the washer and dryer included. Those two things brought it up from a one star to a two star. I want people to know that the windows are not capable of handling the 40 MPH winds in the winter. You will have to buy industrial strength tape that can handle the negative weather or shut up your windows like it is the apocalypse or hire an professional. I changed my mind with the two stars, I am giving them only one star. They have 48 hours to remove the snow and it is still not done. The snow was done over 48 hours ago and I can hardly get around in the is parking lot. I am taking back my two stars and only giving them only one star."

"Had a 1-year lease with Meadow Chase and was very satisfied - The apartments are spacious though the layouts are a little unusual (but not detrimentally so). Very affordable rent at the time I lived there (2021-2022). Very quiet neighborhood and very quiet neighbors as well. Cami is a lovely property manager and incredibly nice to talk to."

"Had a wonderful 4 years living at this location we just moved out about 2 months ago. The neighbors were all great and friendly had plenty of great conversations. The area is quiet, close to a grocery store and couple of restaurants. We lived in an nonupdated 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer in unit. Everything worked as it should, we barely heard the neighbors, and if there were problems with any part of the apartment they showed up in a timely manner. The only thing we weren't full in love with was the windows leak cold air during the winter, but they allow you to put up plastic during the winter and that helps alot. If this location was closer to where I moved I would choose them again. Thank you meadow chase for 4 great years."

She is personable, pleasant, answers your questions or issues in a very timely manner. Cami is a very active and involved manager, is ever so welcoming. She never hesitates to get things done and welcome you with open arms! Maintenance, Craig, also would give him 10 stars for being pleasant, timely and personable! Meadow Chase apartments are clean, rules in place for all the right reasons and it’s HOME! Thank you Cami and Craig for all you do, it’s greatly appreciated!"
