"I recently had the pleasure of living in this fantastic apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that stood out to me was the array of amenities available. From the fully equipped gym with sauna to the relaxing pool, this place truly offers a lifestyle of convenience and relaxation. One of the standout features for me, as a healthcare worker with unpredictable hours, was the exceptional soundproofing. I never had to worry about noise disturbances, which made it a haven for peaceful rest after long shifts. The modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances made cooking a breeze, and the spacious living area allowed for comfortable relaxation. Plus, the management team was always responsive and attentive to any concerns. Location-wise, this apartment is a gem. It's conveniently located minutes away from various grocery stores, making it incredibly easy to pick up essentials. But what truly sets it apart is the variety of amazing restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. Whether I wanted a quick bite or a leisurely meal, there were options to suit every craving within walking distance. In summary, this apartment is a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility, with superb amenities and soundproofing that's a blessing for healthcare workers like myself. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home."

"I can't say enough to express how pleased I am with my apartment complex. Property staff at 92 West were very helpful when I applied for my apartment. I had a few issues at the beginning of my lease. Staff definitely tried their best and worked quickly to resolve my issues and/or keep me updated. It's one thing to have a pleasant experience when everything is okay and runs smoothly but, when property staff address concerns efficiently and with a smile, I know my stay will definitely be worth it. My favorite part of 92 West is the property staff. It's extremely comforting to know I have a team of friendly and familiar faces at the office to help me out if needed. Also love the amenities! Great views and atmosphere!"

"92 West has been a positive experience so far. Maintenance is quick for any major issues, property is maintained, units are renovated tastefully, location is fantastic, and they are continuously making improvements to their amenities. LOTS of garages to rent out as well. There are only a few things holding me back from a 5 star review. Most of these are minor but these changes would for sure make this place perfect. Gym/clubhouse are out of date but they are going to renovate the building. Another issue is the pet rent cost is quite expensive at $50 per month per pet. There are plenty comparable apartments that offer $25-$30 a month for pet rent. Lastly, the trash compactor is located in one location at the back of the property. I don't understand why they refuse to have multiple dumpsters throughout the property especially when I have seen the trash compactor break many times with trash piling up outside of it. Overall, I think it is a great property and once again, the location you can't really beat."

"Original review (early July, 2023)- Our application was approved on 5/1, lease was not generated until 6/1 and we had no contact from leasing office. I told them I had an emotional support animal and they generated the lease with pet rent included, so then I told them again that I have an emotional support animal and it took 2 days to generate a new lease. We targeted move in date on 6/26, got delayed to 6/29, should not have been a big deal. On 6/15, they emailed me contact info of power company and internet. I called on 6/26, power was set up, internet company was dragging feet. I followed up with internet company (CenturyLink) on 6/28, still having problems. Called again on 6/30, and still having problems. I call leasing office to escalate, and this is when they decide to tell me that “all new move-ins are having problems with CenturyLink.” Why was CenturyLink recommended? Why was the automated email in Entrata not updated? I was told by a woman in the leasing office “I’ll call CenturyLink and call you right back”, and then I had to call 4 hours later for a follow-up, and it was at that time (Friday at 4pm), that she recommended MediaComm. I told them that I was working remotely. I even included paystubs of my office in Michigan. Fit and finish on apartment is lackluster as many cabinets do not close all the way. Dry wall fixes that have been painted over are obvious. Baseboards are coming off in numerous rooms. Outlets and cabinet doors are crooked. There’s bee killer on 5 steps and the entire right side of the railing. I’m not thrilled. Could i have called internet earlier? Sure. Where was the notice? I definitely should have toured but that was extremely difficult coming from Michigan. At least there are many outlets! Apartment is spacious! Hopefully we don’t have problems in the future. Even if the internet situation did not occur, this might be bumped up to a 2 star review. Tl;dr- leasing office drags their feet, is not timely, and is not proactive. I could have been more proactive myself. 1 star 9/21/23 Edit- the leasing office has done nothing but answer my phone calls, point me to the correct parts of the lease, and solve my maintenance requests. Every apartment complex has its problems! I'm not going to take out my anger from the US Housing market out on 92west! My first lease ends in June 2024, if these trends continue, I will likely resign! Especially since the improvements were made after I provided feedback. 4 stars."

"My husband and I moved into 92 West a little over 2 months ago and we have absolutely loved living here. Yes, the leasing office is impossible to get in touch with if you aren't local but if you make it through, you will learn to love this little community. The apartment is spacious, centrally located, modern and beautiful, well-maintained and always improving, with great appliances and a beautiful view. Any issues we have had, have been resolved within days. Our dryer's vent was blocked by a bird's nest and the maintenance man came to fix it the same day even though he was on vacation. I love my neighbors and it's quiet for the most part (full time medical student here). Bonus: there are so many dogs in this community that socializing your pup will be easy! I love it here."
