360 at Jordan West

"I shared my concerns before to no avail. I have been a RESIDENT at 360 Jordan West since 10/01/19. I love my apartment and the local staff has been wonderful. My dissatisfaction stems from ERRATIC fluctuations of my Water Bill. I live alone. I have routines. It should not go from 1.3 usage one month to over 15 usage the next. I have cut my water usage to the minimum and still my usage number goes up. Maintenance says there is something wrong with my meter, NOT my pipes - NO LEAKAGE. I want this corrected, please. Also, after having an 18-month lease issued 3 times, suddenly I am not offered one now. I consider myself a RESIDENT NOT A TENANT. I feel disrespected and minimized by Corporate. My attitude could be changed IF someone would please find out why my water bill is so erratic, without cause."

"360 at Jordan West is located in the best part of WDM in my opinion. It’s located conveniently by lots of entertainment and retail shopping. The complex is well kept and clean. There are several well placed waste stations for the pet-friendly complex! It’s close by walking and biking trails that connect throughout the entire city and more! Management staff has been accommodating to my needs for almost three years now. I even had a rough period of financial setbacks that they did their best to work with me on and I’ll forever appreciate that from them; it’s one of the main reasons I came back here after trying something new for six months. In my opinion, it’s a no brainer to live here if it meets the requirements of your personal situation. I highly recommend them all day everyday! It’s why I took to the time to even fill this thing out since they’re annoying at times hehe"

"Amazing complex and even more amazing people. When I had initially applied Brady did an amazing job walking me through everything about the complex. I then had a life change that caused me to need to move to a different city before I could lease and the complex was very understanding and helped to get my deposit refunded. Can't say enough good things about the staff!!!"

"Be very aware when renting through 360 at Jordan West. They do not follow Iowa tenant law and violate lease agreements. We had a neighbor that had a dog that barked for hours day and night. We documented, called and emailed the office with videos/complaints of this neighbor. We provided information from Iowa tenant law and this office still did nothing. Fast forward two months and the office sent a bill for over $2,500 after we had moved out even though technically this company broke our lease. They did not communicate why they were holding our deposit within 30 days even when I called to follow up with this information. This management company is a scam and clearly does not follow Iowa law. Be cautious when renting through them!"
