"My mother Jeannene Otto passed away unexpectedly and they locked us out of her apartment illegally less than 24 hours later. Her body wasn’t even cold yet and when they locked us out someone went in there snooping around cause they left a coke and food wrappers. When they knew they were wrong they tried to cover it up! Thank God we got the valuables out which they gave us a couple hours to do so they could not steal from her and us!!! Never go there!!! By the way this is her daughter speaking in behalf of our entire family!!!"

"The maintenance man named Dillon is the absolute best! He always makes sure to explain the issue to me and how he will fix it. Truly an amazing asset to the team!"

"DO NOT rent here! The complex is dirty inside and out! The entire parking lot is as bad, if not in worse shape than Omaha streets! Homeless people roam the property at will and the crime rate is high partially because this company refuses to hire security! I witnessed several drug deals and smelled marijuana smoke often to include from the apartment of one of the employees. The furnace filters are only replaced once a year and I had to spray for my own bugs because they don't spray regularly! There is plenty more, but to top it all off, I was charged $85.00 when I just recently moved out to replace two (2) individual slats (not the entire blind) from patio blinds that merely snap in and cost mere dollars! I will be taking them to court over the $85 and will update the post accordingly! Look elsewhere folks as the price is not worth what you get!"

"My brother and I went Applewood Pointe to check out the apartments. We were immediately greeted by a woman named Kim. She asked about our move in date and gave us multiple options to choose from whatever worked best for us. We then went to take a tour of the apartments and that's where Kim won me over. Not only did the apartment fit our needs but the whole time Kim had us cracking up. She used her personal life to be relatable and understood what was important to us. She also gave us extra knowledge when it came to the washer and dryer situation. When we got to the clubhouse she gave us her personal number just in case we have any questions which I really appreciated. Finally the best thing about the whole experience was that it felt authentic like she really cared about us and wanted to make sure we had a good time. I am excited to live here and would recommend you have a tour with Kim 10/10 times. She was the best!"

"My fiance and I scheduled a walk through and management was so nice and helpful. Took us immediately through a beautiful apartment tour, even though it was not finished Kim did a wonderful job explaining where they were in the process of cleaning/remodeling. Management has been extremely helpful and accommodating with the application process as well!"
