"The size of the two bed apartments are awesome! I will say we've been here two years and have had a lot of issues with maintenance. Things not getting fixed in time, mold on the walls, basements flooding. The new manager Mari is awesome however! She's been really helpful with the move out process as we've been told out of no where we couldn't resign the lease in July. The neighbors are super nice and there's not a lot of issues, very quiet community. Parking kind of sucks since there's not a lot of spots outside each building. Our fridge went out a couple months ago and they brought up a smaller one from downstairs which smelled terrible. They said they'd order us a new fridge and never did, which doesn't matter now since we're moving. EDITING MY REVIEW: While moving out this week during a holiday we were unable to get online to pay the lease since they booted us off the pay portion of the website, we were told by the leasing office that we would not get charged late fees since it wasn't our fault and she could not get ahold of anyone above her. Corporate called today stating we need to pay an extra $100 of late fees.... doesn't add up when a late fee is $35 plus $5 a day and we were intially told $523 prorated rent was due. Do not trust these people and I don't recommend moving here as the move out process has been a pain! EDIT TO MY OTHER EDIT: just got notified that they charged me $663 instead of the $523 we were initially told for prorated rent. This place is an absolute joke and do not recommend anyone lives here! They will screw you in the end."

"Would not recommend this place to anyone! My husband I and moved in the last week of July of last year had issues right away. We signed our lease in May, so they had plenty of to make sure the place was move in ready. When we arrived to get our keys, we were informed the apartment had a few small cosmetic issues, but they would fix them right away. Their idea of "small issues" were cracked tiles, holes in the door, grease hanging in the kitchen, broken fan in the bathroom, loose outlets, dirty windows, crooked counter tops, a broken oven and burners, a dishwasher that wasn't fitted properly or plugged in, and a constantly beeping CO2 detector. Our second day moving in someone came and took the CO2 detector out and it was never replaced. I'm pretty sure that's a safety issue. It took a month for someone to fix the outlets. It then took another 7 months to finally replace our crooked countertop and plug in the dishwasher. EVERYTHING ELSE WENT UNFIXED THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE!!!! And yes, we called corporate, and they just don't care obviously. Not sure where all these "positive" reviews are coming from because all of the neighbors we talked to had something bad to say about this place. Only good thing I can say about this place is the neighbors are pretty great."

"Lived here for about two years ...first year wasn't as bad outside of the fact the garbage disposal stopped working 3 days in ,put in a request and it never gotten fixed , after a few months in the entire Unit reeked of dog urine. Then I noticed that a few of the original leasing staff I've spoken too have left , was wondering what what's the deal till I seen yall broke the news.. Place honestly has went downhill hard and needs a makeover asap"
