"I give it 3 stars. I’ve had my ups and downs with these apartments. Teresa the regional is VERY rude, but Porsha is the best property manager Cimarron terrace has had at least since I’ve been here. She sent maintenance up right away when I called her and always gets my problems solved fast. She is a rockstar. Gabe was great but left. Tyler was great but left too. :( Maintenance currently is pretty good. Hopefully they can keep this team. Overall I enjoy living here."
"I have been trying to get in touch with someone to discuss leasing an apartment with absolutely no luck. I have sent multiple online inquiries, left multiple voice-mails with the leasing office, and I have even called the corporate headquarters 3 times and left messages. No one has called me back. I stopped by the leasing office 3 times and no one is ever there. There was a sign that said be back by 9:30 am and it was after 3:00 pm. I am very interested in this property, but the service is awful. If you need a reliable on-site property manager, please let me know."
