"Update to my review, 10/05/2023. The window above my screen door developed a crack. I reported the issue to Corryn in the leasing office as soon as I noticed it. Not long after my report she had a window company at my unit taking measurements for replacement. It is a big window and I'm sure it wasn't cheap to replace. Southwind could have just had me live with a cracked window, but they didn't. The complex is always maintained and nothing is run down. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is prompt, courteous and efficient."

"Both the kitchen sink and the master bedroom tub drains were clogged. I called in the problem about 1pm, and when I got home from work at 5 they were both clean and working perfectly. Everything was left clean and in great condition. We really appreciate quick service!"

"My carpets were not cleaned prior to moving in. They were old and stained and should have been replaced prior to me moving in. The apartment is cold and windows need to be replaced. The apartment is loud being on 96th street. My air conditioner went out and was not able to be replaced for 6 days. A carpet cleaning charge was assessed even tho they replaced the carpet for the new tenant. The apartment is dated. Maintenance and select office staff were attentive and helpful."
