"So far not a great place to live. Paper thin walls, not a big management or maintenance team so takes awhile to get anything done or for someone to get back to you. Not on the same page with what is done and what needs to be done. When I moved in I told them the date and time I was going to be picking up my keys and they weren't ready and the apartment wasn't clean. Rude neighbors who don't care. Parking lot isn't big enough for all the cars. So might have to park on the street and walk. A few cars have been abandoned which I've told management about and still nothing done. So far I've been disappointed with the apartment. Great location but that's about it."

"I’ve been here for two years and I love living here. It’s quiet and calm place. Great location. The leasing manager is wonderful and I’ve never had any big problems. When I need something fixed it gets done !"

"After thinking we were being transferred to the area I came in for a tour and information. Brigette was amazing to work with. She gave me all the answers we needed explained their leasing agreements at great length and was a delight to work with. The property was nice and clean, she showed us a vacant unit that would have been perfect for us. I loved seeing a unit vacant and not a pre decorated unit, it was much easier to picture our belongings and not all the extra "fluff" . Our transfer has been, but this will be the first place we look at again it goes through"

She helped me with the terms that I needed and I was able to get moved into my current apartment within 2 weeks of the agreed contract. I based my rating not of the unit I moved into but off of the service and upkeep actions that were taken after I noted them and had them fixed by maintenance/management. Working with Bridgette has been easy, mutually respectful, and she understands my needs as I do hers. It's a positive tenant/landlord relationship that I am extremely pleased with. I don't know how long my job will keep me here but I know while I am here I will be very happy with my apartment and it's staff."

"The end of last year a water pipe started leaking and it was a skating ring out front of my apartment for a couple months and it was just roped off with caution tape as a solution. Well at the beginning of February the water pipe finally broke. It's now April and still looking at this huge hole at the entrance of my apartment"
