"The buildings look good, the insides are beautiful, but the roads in between the driveways need maintenance. Cracks and chunks of concrete are missing in these areas."

"I live here. Apartments are nice. Full size appliances. But since Without bought this property things have gone downhill. Sidewalks don't get shoveled in winter until noon or sometimes the next day."

I feel Autumn is doing a tremendous job,she is always cheerful and ready to help anyway she can. Also Michael and Mark are great parts of the complex. I recommend this place to anyone interested."

"We have a church service every Sunday at the Tregaron Community Building. I've never had any problem with anyone and everyone is welcome to come. The apartments, and the hallways to the apartments, have been well maintained. No holes, water damage or any other noticeable problems. Every resident I've met, have been extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself. The Community Building has been clean and seemed to me to be well kept. The kitchen area and the men's restroom have what was needed to function. The water ran and got warm and the toilets flushed. They have a work out room, computer room and a little collection of books that are clean and seemed to be well maintained."

"Beautiful property, Low-cost rent. Only down sides are motel style hallways,no private patios & no emergency preparedness plan. Handicapped friendly. Independent Living Community for those 55 and older and disabled people."
