Hampton Inn Bellevue

"I have stayed here many times. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Today, I asked a desk clerk where the business center was and she sent me to a locked meeting a room? The business center had no printer paper in cabinets so I had to find a clerk to reload the printer paper. My room is very comfortable but this is the third time the bathroom sink faucet has been grimey. In addition, there is no bar soap or bath gel that can be used for a bath. They force you to take a shower by anchoring to the shower wall bottles of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. On the vanity there is a anchored hand soap and body lotion. There is no way to reach the bath gel from a sitting position in the bathtub? This particular bathtub was is need a new grout as there was black mold in the existing grout. The parking lots are not well lit at night. Also, whom ever was cooking breakfast today, set off the hotel fire alarms at 5:13 a.m. waking everyone in the hotel up? I called the front desk to inquire if this was a real fire, and the clerk giggled and said the cooking of bacon set off the alarms?"

"Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was actually very enjoyable. Clean in the room and in the halls. The shower head and sink were broken, but not broken like they were unusable, just wiggly. When I called down to the desk for extra towels, they arrived within minutes to my room. Thank you guys."

"Stayed here about year ago was pretty decent. This time I'm very disappointed now especially as a pretty loyal Hilton Honor member. Considering I stayed at another Hilton hotel last weekend and had a great experience. I normally chose Hamptons for work stays. This stay the AC/heater hardly works, the shower hardly has water pressure and is barely warm, the pool looks like my duck pond at home and ill just stop there....."

"I loved my experience here. The employees were nice, buying snacks here and putting it on the room was easy, and the bathroom was spacious. However, I do have some complaints. The rooms can feel a little crowded. I don't have claustrophobia, and I felt somewhat squeezed in. Furthermore, when I was taking a shower, I found some ear-wax color on my hand towel. Overall, the stay was good, but be weary about this place when it comes to housekeeping and room size."

"They were well placed, but the roads to get there were a little confusing - not their fault, but part of the score. The rooms were very comfortable and they had a great TV. The amenities for soap and shampoo were done very well, and the breakfast was great. They had a pool and a gym, but for $200 a night, I felt like I was missing something. I had a $200 room in another area with a higher c.o.l. and they had a fridge and a freezer, and they were more of a suite."
