The Landings Apartments

"My fiancé and I lived here for about 8 months and it was full of problems. When you call management about an issue, it takes them weeks to respond/solve it for you. During snow season, maintenance would do a horrible job at plowing the parking lots/walk ways, so it was like ice skating anytime u left. And when we moved out, they charged us a ridiculous amount of money to break the lease. I do not recommend The Landings Apartments to anyone looking, save your money!!"

"I have lived here for 4 years and am just now moving out. I live in an exterior building and can’t hear my neighbors unless they are right outside a window or right outside my front door on the stairs. I rarely put in maintenance request or need anything from the office. Maintenance is great about coming out in a timely manner, but I’ve had the same problem with my sink for months, they come in and fix it, but it keeps occurring. I also have an ESA animal, which they have all the paperwork for. They are charging me $100+ for my animal and then are having everyone fill out information for another service they just started that you have to pay for if you have an animal. I’ve sent them emails about this and they said they aren’t charging but then will keep charging for it. Those in the office only enforce community rules on certain people which can be annoying at times. I also recommend getting a camera for your apartment if you live here. I did, and in the 5 minutes the office people were in my apartment with maintenance they were complaining about my apartment and using foul language for at least half that time (i did send an email about this and it said they were spoken too). If you don’t like hearing your neighbors, I recommend living in one of the newer buildings, but I don’t recommend living here if you have a support animal."

"Landings was a great place to call home. I met some great neighbors through activities held by staff and a lively community. If you have something wrong and need a work order, you'll be shocked how fast it gets taken care of. When I'm back in Bellevue, I am heading back to The Landings if I need an apartment."

"Just moved out after 13 month lease. Overall I would rate my experience as mediocre or average. Staff was decent but the apartment itself was less than satisfactory. Apartment was loud and was in need of window replacements, Electricity bills were sky high and was impossible to keep warm in the winter. A/C was unreliable and would break twice a month or more and each time was blamed on a poorly designed drain tube. One occurrence left me without a/c and an 80+ degree apartment for nearly two weeks. This was made worse by the fact the apartments do not have ceiling fans. Management was unable to provide even a credit for 1/2 months rent. There are no lights in the bedrooms so you must purchase lamps. Parking is a total joke and there were abandoned vehicles just sitting in the lot. Once I moved out not only did they not give me my deposit back but also charged me extra, even sent me a letter threatening to send all $48 in fees to collections, Crazy since my rent was always on time. When I went to pay the remaining amount they told me they would not take cash or a check and needed a money order or cashiers check (would've been nice to know before driving from out of state) and office staff was rude. For being a "luxury" apartment it is very overpriced and poorly managed. Also wasn't too impressed with the 8% increase year over year in rent."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and loved every minute of it! Great management, facilities, and pricing. Whenever maintenance was needed, they came day of requests being made. My neighbors were a joy and some have become great friends. The management was.always a joy to work with and held many events to make the community great. Thanks, Landings…I will miss living here."
