"I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I lived here for a year with my two children, and it was the worst rental experience ever. I literally have a list of reason of why they are a horrible company. Communication was horrible, the manager is beyond rude, they don't keep track of your rent payments, so they tell you that you owe more than you actually do even though you have proof that you've made all your payments. I'm pretty sure the manger pockets money at this point. Maintenance takes more than the 3 days listed in the lease to come and fix anything. I had a leak that started in my kitchen in May of 2022. It became worse to where it molded, and the drywall was gone. I called and emailed multiple times but yet it was not fixed until January/February of 2023. Mind you I have a 1-year-old and paint chips were all on the ground from this. The manager has her issues for sure. I went in to talk to her and while I was scrolling through my phone, she assumed I was recording her. The company itself is the worst and I hated that I ever had to live here. There are a few things that happened that I have started the process of taking legal action against them. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. At least in my opinion."

"I just moved in and I love it was such a quick and easy process. These apartments are so nice and quiet and the people here are really friendly. The property manager made such a stressful and frightening experience so much easier"

"I lived here with my roommate for a little over 5 months and maintenance did not fix anything due to the color of our skin. And we have a neighbor who starts to pick a fight with my disabled friend for no reason. There is black mold everywhere. Plumbing is horrible. If I could I would give this apartment a zero out of five stars. Dont live here unless you like to live in a trap house and under the rule of a slumlord."

"Poor poor communication. To allow a potential renter to stand outside and wait to be shown an apartment with her to children, just to find out that a deposit was placed last night and no phone call. It's 5 degrees outside. Unreal and seriously messed up."
