Tranquility Pointe Apartments

"Management has been declining over the few years we lived here. They used to seem friendly, but now they don't even return your calls. My car was stolen from the parking lot and I reported this to the leasing office immediately. They never followed up with me or cleaned the shattered glass in the parking lot. Rent has also rocketed up 25+% in the last few months alone. The price point used to be a great feature of this place, now it's not worth the price. There are apartments with better location/amenities that don't cost as much."

"We have lived here 3 years now after having owned a home for almost 25 years. It's a foreboding thing to go back to apartment living after decades, but every Thursday as the lawnmower passes by, we look at each other and say, "I am so glad we don't have to do that anymore." All of our interactions with staff have been positive. Maintenance is friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. The housekeeper comes to our building every Tuesday and keeps the carpeted, lighted hallways looking their best. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found a nice view and an attached garage right across the hall. The rooms are the most spacious of any apartments we looked at. This is the first place we've *ever* lived where we didn't *have* to put our furniture up against a wall in the living room. Our two-bedroom has two bathrooms with a sizeable linen closet in each one. The master bedroom easily accommodates the king-sized bed. The walk-in closets in each bedroom and the entry closet offer even more useable storage than we had in our three-bedroom, split-entry raised ranch. Yes, we did due-diligence downsizing, and we did *not* have to rent a storage unit! I love having the full-sized washer and dryer *in* the apartment. All one level, no steps. The garage is long enough to park our car, accommodate the storage shelves we brought over from the house, and allow for plenty of walking room between them. The heated outdoor pool is open more months a year than you would expect. There is a sauna and an exercise room, and many people do their walking around the complex. There are not many sidewalks to speak of, but people do walk the circuit of roads and parking lots around the place. We lost trees in last year's storm, but they were replaced in a timely manner. Living here is truly a blessing."

"We have lived here almost a year, and honesty sad to leave! We bought a house, otherwise we would resign our lease. We have had absolutely no issues living here! Our maintenance was almost done in a timely manner (we’ve only used them 2 times for very small issues)! We never had a problem with parking, or noise. The staff is always so friendly, and so organized when we go to pick up our packages in the office! The frequently have get togethers for the children in the complex, such as a Easter egg hunt & a Christmas party. The pool and fitness area have always been in great shape, and clean & the pool is never too busy! Everyone is so friendly, and we enjoyed living here!"

"The apartments themselves are beautiful. I have no complaints in that area. However, they have an open door policy for picking up mailed packages. People literally can just grab and go from the office without having to check in with staff. I've only been here 2 weeks and have already had a package from Best Buy stolen an hour after it was delivered. Management seriously said, "Sorry. Don't know what to tell you.. I'm not going to compensate.. tell them to send you another one". With as much money as we spend here, you would think there would be higher security. For only being here 2 weeks I can only imagine what I'm in for now. ****Update: As the end of my lease is coming up, I can say that although it was off to a rough start, my stay here was very pleasurable. I had absolutely no other issues. It changed management recently, also, which may have been for the better. They have been wonderful. I would recommend it to others."

"Lived here 2 years and I love it. Convenient location. Karen, the manager is always very friendly. They are quick to respond to work orders, which I rarely have any problems with my unit anyway. The buildings are secure and I've rarely had any noise issues. Pool, fitness, and sauna are kept very clean. Packages delivered to the office are kept well organized and labeled so they're easy to pick up quickly. They have an annual holiday dinner for all residents with a great spread. The rent is also very affordable considering the price per square foot. They have huge walk in closets, coat closets, and large kitchen pantries, in addition to extra storage off the balconies. I would highly recommend Tranquility Pointe!"
