"DONT. MOVE. HERE. This place is INFESTED with Bed bugs and roaches. Also they do absolutely nothing to help you, We have asked multiple times since winter of last year to have our balcony door to be fixed and nothing has been done. and there have been 3, THREE different maintenance workers since we moved in August 2022 and still nothing. And they will evict you even if you only owe $123 and you have the money they wont accept it they'll just evict you"

"STACY NO LONGER WORKS HERE SO THE ALL REVIEWS ABOUT STACY NO LONGER PERTAIN TO THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT. Don’t waste your time or money. The NEW management could care less about you or the property. There’s no proper communication and they are impossible to reach until you “inconvenience” them by demanding things they’re legally required to do. Don’t be surprised if they make it so your auto payments don’t work. Also keep a record of all your payments because they will attempt to charge you twice for rent. They will then post a notice claiming legal action could be pursued if you don’t pay rent (again). They then will claim ignorance and spout some lies when confronted (with evidence) about your proof of payment. They put no money into the property and you live in squalor with garbage littering the ground and buildings. They either need to drastically decrease the rent or make immense changes because it is not worth the current price."

"They’re infested with bed bugs and roaches. The heat does not work. Stacy is very rude so for those who’s saying she’s “nice” it’s only a front to get you to move in. I brought up to her how my heat is not working and per her words “how many times do I have to tell YOU people you have to submit a maintenance request!” Which I have multiple times and it’s done nothing. My brand new furniture is now ruined because they’re all infested with bed bugs. I had to toss out my bed and my sons bed because it’s that bad. I lose sleep constantly checking my baby’s bed and my older kids beds to make sure they’re not being eaten alive by bed bugs. I wished I would’ve never moved into these apartments had I known they had a bed bug problem. Stacy had a bug guy come spray for bed bugs but SPRAYING DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I’m about to report this apartment complex to housing authorities for failure to provide heat!! This is not the only building that has a heating issue and bug issue!! I came from building 700 and only moved out of it because of the fire that took place in it because of the heat issue. I had no choice but to take another unit at Riverview praying it didn’t have the same issues as building 700 but nope it still does!!"

"Riverview has done so well with the management. Stacy is such a good manager and knows what she is doing! Also Amanda is awesome too!! Stacy is my manager right now and she does a wonderful job the management is top notch anything you need fixed or just if you need anything they are the people to go to."
