"I have stayed here over 10 times in the last year. Most recent being March of 2024. By far my favorite hotel in the State of Iowa. Great rooftop bar, staff is impeccible. Serving staff at the Steakhouse is first class.....spend the money, treat yourself"

"Just had an incredible stay here. We were greeted by Devon and River at the front desk. Both skilled with extraordinary customer service. They made a difference for us during our stay. Ashley in the restaurant was fantastic and maintenance man Mike was always working on something with a smile. We checked in and were looking for a cart to bring luggage to the room and Mike stopped what he was doing and came back moments later with a cart. Extra effort by him was greatly appreciated! Beautiful rooms, top notch dining and most of all the second to none staff. Thank you all for making our stay memorable! Scott & Bella."

"Rooms are NICE. Beautiful hotel. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she who checked me in was so nice and wonderful. Room was not ready at check in due to general busyness, but went the extra mile to keep us happy. All of the staff were pleasant. Thank you! Would stay again for sure."

"Absolute beautiful hotel, great rooms, great food, amazing drinks. Superb staff. Rusty on second floor bar area is the absolute best bar tender. The rooms are super roomy and comfortable.The pool was amazing and the hot tub was big and hot. You won't be disappointed in this hotel."

"Front desk was inviting, but could not tell me how much they were charging my card for "incidentals." Her words were "like a hundred." The lady told me that it will be refunded at the time of check out. Well as it turns out, it was not and the total charge for incidentals was 200+. About 5 days after checkout I realized I was not refunded. Called and got told give it 10 days. So I waited 10 days. 11 days later, still no refund. After 2x calls to the front desk. All I have been told is they will pass this along. We had a deluxe room. It was very clean and comfortable. I wasn't thrilled about the balcony. It literally sits on the roof of the lower part of a building. It was maybe a foot off the roof. Had rusty metal chairs and a pile of old cigarette butts. I do recommend the steakhouse house. My food was excellent! & the environment was 10/10"
